In the Presence of Women: Time to Engage, Explore and Enjoy

I’m happy to let you know that “In the Presence of Women: Time to Engage, Explore and Enjoy” is scheduled via Zoom on Sunday, April 26, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. (Pacific Time). This will be the second event in a five-week series based on my book, The Gift of Presence: A Mindfulness Guide for Women.

Missed the first event?  No problem—each event stands on its own, so you may join for as many or few sessions as you like.

If there’s one takeaway message from my book, it’s that self-care isn’t selfish. It’s essential, especially in the midst of challenges, such as a pandemic when we’re understandably experiencing uncertainty, fear, loss and anxiety –individually and collectively.

What better way to take good care of yourself than to set aside an hour just for you?

Each week we will take a journey that will include poetry, a short “blast” about mindfulness, a practice you can make your own, the opportunity to exchange experiences and ideas in small groups, and time for a Q & A. You’ll see how Presence and the 3 Ps of Purpose, Pivoting, and Pacing can provide a reset right now to support you in building resilience and feeling restored.
